| Responsibilities (Responsabilidades): |
Implementation and coordination of environmental, health and hygiene programs. Execute safety initiatives, manage and administration of hazardous disposition, recycling and regulatory compliance applicable (OSHA & STPS). Leading the company's safety and accident prevention program.

| Qualifications (Requisitos): |
- BS degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Management or closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years demonstrated Management EHS experience in a manufacturing environment, including both environmental and safety experience. ISO 14001, OSHA.
- Solid experience with permit administration and management
- Experience preparing and delivering EH&S training.
- Background and expertise in EHS recordkeeping, reporting, and compliance.
- Experience with incident Investigation, including Root Cause Analysis.
- Experience leading the company's safety and accident prevention program.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Training in Ergonomics and as a First Aid Responder.
- Certified Safety Professional or Certified Industrial Hygienist.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English).
- Strong communication skills – both oral and written; ability to communicate effectively with all levels, internally and externally.
